  Dude! Mounting teh circuit breakers to teh cross member under the tranny is GENIUS!! But–now I wonder, they seem very open there. I was looking for a place to hide them and that is where I want them now–but what about crap from the road hitting them?

  built a bike for my lover and these vids didnt show any loc tite and bolts backed out and pointed sissy bar went threw her back when her foot caught  the chain and sproket it almost cut ankle off…on goin lawsuit

  is this really building or just assembling a bike? your just mounting parts and accessories man, building a bike involves welding, cutting bending and lots more man..

  Bizzy if you were a true fan of an origanal bobber you would now people who ride them use hand signals not turn signals

  Signals are a must. It's dangerous enough out there w/ out adding extra danger in some moron that didn't see a blinking light and didn't know you were turning. They make all kinda of bad ass signals, no reason to not have em.

  could you do another video regarding wiring. more on the color code of the signal switches. I'm trying to install turn signal on my 92 electra glide. Any help would be great. thanks.

  you are a very nice guy, thank you : ) I'm looking to start making affordable smaller engine bobbers for students and such, after I get back from Iraq. You see a lot of great looking bikes these days but they are $22,000!! Could anyone give an estimate of average material cost for a super simple bobber? t I have a welder and all other essential tools.. wondering how difficult it is to get it street legal also… hmm

  hey bro im thinking about makeing air suspension thats just spring and air just two simple valves to control air flow and compression/ decompression .for my front forks what do ya rekon .bad idea ?. nice video btw thnx wireings the one thing that sends me crazy

  Pre-assembly of the whole bike is the best way to get a super clean finished product that way you aren't drilling into fresh paint. I call it a "HOT-MOCKUP" meaning the whole bike works right.
