Thanks Darren for explaining in detail all the bits that you have working together in harmony. I'm curious regarding the spraying of the rust catalyst concoction. Great bike, video and explanation, as always! Chuck in Kansas
I find a case of beer , a seat and a couple of hours sitting, drinking and staring at it works very very well
Oh cool, Its one of those gates green fleetrunner belts. I have them on two cars. It holds up way better in hot climates and it does not squeak when it gets wet like the standard belt used to. It only happened when washing the engine bay but still. it grips!
did you make a video on how you made the front wheel?
hi
It's been at least 45 years since I did it but I remember taking apart several foot pedals back when and piecing together a pair of good pedals out of the parts. I believe you could easily disassemble a good "left" pedal from the hoard or ebay and transfer the flashy parts to it… Instant flashy left pedal. OH, I just saw someone else made the same comment before me… Oh well, I don't read all the comments usually!
it's great to see u back on this bike it's been awhile for this one can't wait to hear run and all together
Do you ever sell any of your amazing creations or have you kept all of your custom moped/bikes you have built over the years because I would be interested in buying one? I know you wouldn't really make any money when you add up all the hours you spend building one of them but it would be a an extra bonus since its a labor of love for you.
APU is an Auxiliary Power Unit.
It looks futuristic
AUXILIARY POWER UNIT (APU) TO KEEP AIRCRAFT CHARGED ON THE FIELD THEY ALSO HAD THEM INSIDE WW2 AIRCRAFT

You got style!
The carb was from a 1951 Homelite 26 LCS chainsaw 109 cc I real hope it will do the trick 🙂
Wonder how some kind of distressed paint job would look on that. Possibly keeping with the colors on the chain guard because that is a pretty cool looking chain guard.
you're amazing man!
mustie I how well does that Milwaukee m18 fuel impact work im thinking about getting one wanted to ask a few people about there opinion on it. and is the the 450 dollar one cause that's the one I'm looking at. if not please tell me which one it is you have if you like it please
A grinder and paint makes me the welder I aint!
Awesome I wonder if your ever thought about using the motor as intended and using it to power a DC electric motor to power the bike, a bit like a diesel electric locomotive. Really like all you have done with it so far as a one off creation. All the best
Very cool bike. I like it a lot. 🙂
How do you bend the tubes? Do you have a bender?
i think i have written this before but this look DAMNED awesome!
