@edzgarage I'm surprised to hear that Ed!! Check out my Buddy Tom's channel at STEAMER123 he owns one and has a great video of one running!!☺
good interview…that guy was awesome.
@GatheringSticks Yeah that guy was quite a character!!☺
@mrwiggles2 Lol!! yeah good thing I didn't want to ask him anything eh!!☺
@paradoxdesigns yeah it is Pretty cool eh!!☺
@hunhun23 Lucky Guy, I would love to have had one of them when I was a Kid!!☺
@oldchevy4x4 If you wipe out on that then you will only hurt your pride eh!!☺
@creamofcardstv Yeah it's a cool little machine!!☺
Cool bike but I don't rust that guy, seems full of something, just listen to his mouth
@ShawnCFarm Lol!! Maybe he is a used car saleman during the week eh!!☺
now thats cool !
@BrittanyNicole1990 Yeah Buddy!! I want one!!☺
@805ROADKING Hahahah your prob right
That is pretty cool. The hot rod shop here in town sells a reproduction of those. I think they get about $2500 for the repro.
@RamblinAround I've seen those repros, there very cool lookin' but that's a little steep for a moped no matter what it looks like eh!!☺
@racer4560 Take a leak??☺
@805ROADKING I'd have to agree with you…you can buy a big boy bike for that kind of money.
Nice ride, but i dont think the ape hanger bars, and seat are original. The original seat may of been cloth, and not vinyl. The ape hanger bars did not come out until the 1960's during the Stingray/muscle bike era.
Cool little scooter.
@StrikerTripleThree yeah it would have been a fun little project!!☺
@8087j Lol!! That's why it's his ex-wife, he's a good salesman!!☺
@Begbucks yeah that baby has been around the block a few times eh!!☺
@craig1974 Good eye Mate!! it would take alotta work to bring that thing back to original eh!!☺
@805ROADKING The seat would of also been wider, and had larger springs. I think finding original parts would be difficult.
Nowhere near original. Bars aren't seat isn't, so much has been messed with.
@Mccarronm04 Good thing I didn't buy it eh!!☺
@805ROADKING Depends on how much he was asking for it
@Mccarronm04 $700!!☺
@805ROADKING Running it would have been worth it, you can find parts for them ALL over ebay, and parts for the bike itself are everywhere as well.
The guy sure talked a big fish but the comments say different !
@cisjohn2616 yeah, I'm kinda glad I had my boots on!!☺
Interesting story. So those things were everywhere post war.
@kookiemoose If they were that plentyful, ya think there would still be plenty around eh!!☺
hey man whats up? havent had a computer for a couple weeks were renovating the farm so i havent been able to get on here! how have you been?
@pimpinpenz All is well on my end Pimpy!! I was wondering where you've been!!☺
@larrythelookout I already have too many projects, that thing is missing alotta parts and alotta the ones on it don't belong there!!☺
This guy has NO clue what he's talking about. First there is no centrifigual clutch on a Whizzer, second Schwinn never built a Whizzer. The first assembled Whizzer was post war(1948) earlier ones were just an engine and kit to mount on your bike frame. The lawsuit from Schwinn came when Whizzer built it's on frame that was supposedly a copy of a Schwinn. A ral rare Whizzer would be one like I have in the shed. It is a Whizzer frame and never had pedals on it.
Now that's funny (all BS) but still very funny. The video is worth more than the bike.
What was the Cleveland Welding Roadmaster? the Roadmaster was prior to Schwinn.
I put an EZ Motor Bike kit on my old 1940's Schwinn. 35+ mph 150mpg. 4 stroke and Never breaks.
Check out the Site W//W. EZmotorbike ,C0M
damn informative video
i acctually bought one of these tanks to put on my modern motorized bike so much better than the crappy chinese tanks you get today that leak at the studs i bought a orginal whizzer tank on ebay and had it restored at my local gas tank shop they blasted it filled it and sealed it perfect tank and it has never once leaked and it holds way more gas to haha
"soft sell"
trow in some floor mats and air freshener and you got a SALE!!!.
He must be from New York so much BS coming out of his mouth!
