Custom Motorcycle Restoration Projects & Cafe Racers
I started building custom motorcycles when I was 16. Here are several of my projects that i have completed over the past couple of years. I am currently an engineering student at the University of Nebraska and want to eventually work in the electric vehicle (hopefully motorcycle) industry.
My dad & I started JS Custom Cycles to help get me to college. We have a blast building bikes that run strong and turn heads. Let us build one for you!

Thanks! I currently have a 78 CX 500 & at 78 CB750 in the works. Both cafe racers. I will be posting videos of these as well.
nice gl 1000 what did u use to shave down the foam when making your seat?
I used a bread knife first, followed by 40 grit then 80 grit sand paper. It's very messy, but does a smooth job. Thanks!
We use a sharp bread knife to cut the foam and then sand to shape with 60 grit sandpaper. it is messy but fun! Sorry it took so long to reply to this question.
