BSA 441 return from Deep Cove, classic motorcycle commuter
Quite a few left hand hazzards, good counter steer when left hander enters turn lane early, was exagerated for handling example. BSA unit b44/b25 frames are the most versitile handling frame for riders 150lbs-175lbs and 5-11″ or less in my opinion. I have owned B50 and B50MX and for twities I feel much more secure in leaning on the Metzler rear and Avon Speedmaster front. The fly screen caught a few flys and is more stable than expected at higher revs and speeds. Lexan is very clear no jiggle I am a happy designer even if this one and a few for friends is the production run. Same ride and rear view monitor foiled by glare, my flip up helmet is flipped up so you can barely see the tree line in monitor. Next ride it will be set,

That looks fun. I wish the roads around here were that curvy.
Thatn shakes like my 75' Trident
Hey 441,
I like your bike. It appears not to have the vibration of my old 67 441. What kind of front and rear sprocket are you using? Note that I have the stock handle bars, you have lower bars which may have diff vibration characteristics.

Nylock nuts, neoprene backed washers and a little extra bracket welding. Reducing the shaking parts took years. Had this bike 22 years.
