Good video! Can these pressure gauges be used on other motorcycles, apart from Triumphs?
Teflon tape should also be applied to the threads on the right angle oil hose adapter secured to top of the engine by the double banjo bolt. Also, mounting the gauge so that the face plate is turned 180 degrees makes it easier to see the reading when you come to a stop on a hot engine at idle speed. Hot engine oil pressure will typically be less than half scale at lower revs as well. With the gauge mounted with the face plate essentially facing backwards, the needle will be pointing toward the outboard direction instead of the opposite and therefore easier for the rider to see on the RH side of the bike while still seated.
