Vintage Motorcycle Front Suspension Modification/Fix

This front fork tube tip is great for cafe racer builds and motorcycle restorations. Fix or improve the front suspension without buying any parts.

We are demonstrating on a 1960’s Triumph but it works great for BSA, Norton, Matchless, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Ducati, BMW and most other makes.

Tools and materials needed:
Electric Drill
180, 400 & 600 Sandpaper
Ball Hone
Lathe (optional)
Junk Fork Cap (to make tool to replace use of lathe)
Tap & Die Set (to make tool to replace use of lathe)
Bolt (to make tool to replace use of lathe)
Mineral Spirits
WD-40
