Such "music"
what a beautyful Symphony!!!
I am wondering how you came to achieve the stated bore and stoke ratio's you quoted .the ES2 was 79 x 100 and the Model 50 was 71 x 88 .I built a special ES2 once using the Model 50 bottom end, a shortened Wellworthy Alfin Model T alloy barrel bored out to 82 mm with a goldie or velo piston, but this still gave a long stroke 82 x 88 of only gives 460cc.I also ground the backs off a set of cams and ran a larger carb. I machined the top of the casing off a magdyno and used the mag with an alt.
I adapted a goldie track exhaust pipe and silencer and turned a large brass exhaust nut,a la Manx and it used to "TWITTER" just like a Goldie I fitted a Mota Lita alloy tank and a racing seat. It used to " Twitter " like a proper Goldie. It had Borani alloy rims and was light enough to just about pick up.GOD how I wish I still had that bike!!
