Solvang Motorcycle Museum – 1955 Matchless G45
According to the description on the museum website:
"One of the most beautiful British racers made. This was Matchless’ first attempt at a 500cc production racer but they tended to blow up. It is a cross between a special version of their roadgoing 500cc two-cylinder engine and the AJS 7R (everything but the engine). AJS and Matchless were both owned by AMC, the Associated Motorcycle Company."
