My Girlfriend Wrecks her Motorcycle : Double Crash
READ THIS! My girlfriend crashes her Triumph Bonneville and Jon Jon crashes his Harley Dyna street bob This whole video may seem to be a bit melodramatic to you, especially for a motorcycle wreck that wasn’t that serious. But until you’ve ridden up and seen the person you love the most lying on the ground next to a wrecked motorcycle… and not moving at all then you don’t know. It was one of the scariest moments of my life seeing her limp on the pavement. It really brings home the seriousness of this sport and the way we have chosen to live our lives… especially since I encouraged her to get on a bike and she would have never been in this danger if not for me. That certainly won’t keep us from doing what we love though, thanks for watching. And please, all the keyboard warriors keep your advice to a minimum, she knows she made a mistake and freely admits it. Jessica doesn’t need any of your hate.

There is nothing like the open road on my bike……all my troubles just seem to go away if only for awhile………glad your gonna be ok………Frog
shadetree surgeon all I have to say is number one she ok now and two never give up the passion for riding
real man ride naked
This comment section is fucking despicable! Where's the compassion?
shadetree surgeon that's even better it takes some guts to get back on a bike after a accident also the bikes you guys ride are sweet we have a saying in Britain and I don't know if you have the same saying BIG PIPES SAVE LIVES most bikers here have it on a patch or sticker, I believe it's true 😊
shadetree surgeon ignore what people say about protection it's your choice whether you wear it or not and from the video she was wearing a helmet as long as that's on your head no problem. I fucked up on the saying I was meant to say LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES lol
wasn't even that bad
I'm so glad she's okay, but now buy some protection riding gear; sure its a life style but living is the life style that we all want. I know that you love her but, F BUY HER SOME RIDING GEAR.
from the looks of it. you wernt riding too fast. the road isnt banked on corners looking at the vid. glad your ok.
Did she get back on the Horse .Surgeon you did not cause the accident ,It is not your fault .She loves motorcycles .You gave her freedom and independence .You did nothing wrong .It was an accident .Just get her some follow up teachings .Don't blame yourself .She is hooked on something that you gave her the privilege to enjoy .Something that she enjoys and dropping one is part of it .JUST DON'T BLAME YOURSELF !!!!!!!!!!!!
You said quote " it is a lifestyle for us " Just make sure she gets back on the steel horse .She want's to get back on it .She admires you for helping her get into the greatest freedom known to mankind .She will let you know when it's time to give it up just remember even though your nervous about getting back on one don't let it show .If she senses your nervousness it will be another accident because she will try so hard not to make a mistake that she will .She's just got to learn my man and accidents is part of the learning process .Don't take that small passion from her until she says .O.k. ??Please .And also quit blaming yourself .Let her realize her mistake and you both work through it .
I feel sorry for the girl on the back of that HD sitting on a fracking towel! But thanks for sharing good vid.
yo man don't beat yourself up. it was a learning experience. im really glad she is ok. very lucky girl. it could've been far worse right? im happy she is ok man. for real. i had an accident about 4 years ago that shattered my pelvis and hip. I learned from it, humbled myself, and i found new respect for my favorite machines. motorcycles😎
Thank you for sharing. Glad you both are still riding. Heal up Shadetree and glad Triumph Girl is continuing to ride.
Just show the accident in its entirety. This isn't a fucking documentary, idiots.
wow. im glad your pal and girlfriend are turned out fine only layed a bike down ones it was at 12 mph and i was slowing using my front brake and hit an oil patch i didnt see i come out with a cupple grazes spraned wrist and ankle i can garantee ill go down again but i cant stay off a bike it's killing me now not having a bike as iv moved over 200 miles away to be with family and had no choice to sell her she was getting to expensive with the move and was in dire need of work was not safe to ride and cost to much to get transported i still regret it 😢 but im sure it was the right choice to make ill be on 2 wheels again soon and hopefully be calling out some fuck wits
Counter Steering.
If she had a sport bike she would of been fine
Thank you so much for sharing this video. All the negative comments seem to turn around "should have" 's and "what if" 's, but when all is said and done, you're totally right; you can't dwell on thoughts like that. You can only learn and move on. Unfortunately, I learnt this the hard way. Still learning, to be honest. I got hit by a car a few months ago. Words can't describe how terrifying it is for a sixteen year old to have a car coming at her at 30-40 KM/h. Knowing that Jessica is back on her bike gives me hope…that one day, I'll move on and start driving, riding and walking without having irrational fears shadowing me.
All these tard you tube jockeys "gear!" "Counter steer" " let me tell you my story" shut the fuck do what you want. Learn, ride, move on
She has spacers, lip and eyebrow piercings she deserved it…
Joking
3:25 if you actually knew she was going to go down or you expected her to go down why the f*** would you insist you rides. Personally in my opinion if I thought someone was going to go down I would make it clear but I did not want them to ride.
The crash was not about you going too fast and all about your line.
Your line going into the LH turn was all wrong but that was because your line on the RH turn before that was all wrong.
You should be closer to the white line mid turn on the RH turn (cut the corner, Outside to Inside to Outside). This would put you farther away from the center line (yellow) at exit of RH turn. This gives you a better line of attack on the LH turn. You were way too close to the yellow center line at entry to the LH Turn. You should have been close to the yellow CL at mid turn, not on entry to the turn.
You need to be able to imagine a line in corners that is the largest radius through the turn, and not focus on the painted radius and you will be taking those turns twice as fast in a much safer manner.
Keep practicing and hope you healed up nice. See U out there.
stop being a bitch grow some balls and get over it
Man I really hurt when I saw her and the kid go down, He was lucky he was on the grass. But she high sided and hit the road .I'm so glad she was not hurt to bad. Best of riding to all of you.
Pleeeeease wear some more damn gear
I want a dirt bike but im afraid I'll Injure myself bad
glad it wasn't worse. Is this Alt 19 between tarpon and new port richey? if so ive nearly done the same damn thing on that road before!
Glad everyone was fine!
I very recently spent time in critical care after doing the easy mistake of slamming my back brakes on too hard, it's impossible to tell what happen after as I have no memory of the accident. All I can say is, an accident is never predictable and only sometimes preventable I'm glad you understand what happen, because understanding is key to success. RS.
I crashed my four wheeler and dirt bike I'm.still shakey getting on my steps dad's Harley cuz.I.totalled my dirt bike lol I'm ok but glad she's.ok
Mean crash can I use this in my crash compilation
dumb ass not wearing a helmet
Am I the only one wondering about the dude behind her? Wtf was he doing?
Glad to see the use of good riding gear LOL.
Esse é o tombo solidário, um cai na frente o outro cai logo atrás pra solidarizar com o meia roda que caiu primeiro.
Glad you both live to fight another day. Please wear a little more gear, just in case…bikers for life!!
Wrong position in the lane at the finish of that right turn imo.
You want to be as much to the right as possible before starting a left turn, and to get to the left side at the apex (well, as much to the left as possible without getting your head stuck on oncoming traffic).
I might be wrong, but to me it looks like starting from the wrong position, seeing a car coming in a way that would get your head close to it (or on it) if you leaned into the turn and messing up your curve by going to the right of the lane while already in the bend which in turn artificially tightens the corner. That may have been salvageable by coutersteering hard, but depending on your experience, by the time your brain is done processing what you need to do you might be already past the point where you can do something about it.
well at least she had a helmet on…her only real saving grace…jacket would've helped a lot.
i mean, i get it…i ride in just a long sleeve shirt some times so i don't have much room to speak. we all know the damage that can be done with lack of gear, so i won't harp on it….
how ever do not blame yourself because of her riding. it's not really your fault, shit happens.
when you do something you love, all the risk is worth it, and i'm going to assume she got into it knowing the risks associated with riding….
anyway….
glad to see she is ok, take it easy.
Is she still riding? Is she on the same bike or has she moved on to another bike since then?
put a fucking jacket on her, retarf
this tale hit me pretty hard. Respect for compassion
Maybe she could have worn some gear. This wouldn't have been such a dramatic experience. Just because she's a girl, doesn't mean she can't take a fall.
Same shit happened to me, The grass always wins. Lollllllll
Ughh dont even know what to say about the dude behind her.
girls cant drive cars always crashing what makes u think they can drive a motorcycle lol.
