1980 Honda Elsinore cr80r
That was cool ! brings back fond memories of some restorations I did 16 years ago. I always wanted to find that kind of place, but only found a few individuals or pairs. The NOS parts websites. got alot my money back then!
I know of a large ex-milking barn full and I mean, so full you have to walk across the top of them to get anywhere in the barn. I scored a 1979 Yamaha SR500 from the barn next door (see avatar and click on it for before-after pictures) $1300 and the guy threw in a 1976 TT500.
makes me really mad seeing this
There used to be a place identical to this in Harrisburg, Oregon. The guys name was Jerry it was called jerry's cycle salvage. I remember climbing over all the bikes as a kid, He had a cb750 sandacast and wanted to sell for $500 cash sitting in a barn had a title all original this was about 12 years ago I heard the guy who bought it just washed it and flipped it for several grand little did he know its a $15k bike now not even running. The owner sold the property to some ebayer guy who parts out bikes and everything for $40K! that was the last of those cycle wrecker days.
seam heayer
Is that heaven I see
I nearly cried. I feel if those bikes could talk they would say take me take me. if I was there I would fucking be there for days wait no years. I'd have a 1 foot long beard before I left
yup I've driven badly beat up 305's ., one had it's cam supported by old copper fittings jammed against the sprocket side inspection plate, despite this it ran , shifted & started great until the cam fell down in the 1/4'" groove it had made in the head! It's the one I would restore ,cause it will be a driver , & reliable after restoration.
where is the place?? can i get some ?
wher is this place
MY Kind of heaven ☺
What a gold mine of bikes !!
some donkeys have too much luck.
EPIC find bud. Got a little woodie. Thanks for sharing
I have a good friend of mine here in Tennessee that has a place like that. He bought out several bike shops and stuff is just sitting around. He is sick and unable to work on them. Check out my page and watch video
brother had a 305 Super Hawk ,I learned hot to ride on 1. I finally got a 350CB in 72 new,but a lady in a Car didn`t like me. …..so much for that.
Wow that's unreal 👍some real crackers in their
Recently purchased a 73 Kawasaki Bighorn from a mechanic who found it in a barn. He did just enough to get it running and it was so clean and original I paid the full asking price of 2500.00 (CDN). It has just over three thousand original miles and is still on the original tires! I was able to source all the broken parts on e-bay and will clean it up over the winter. I was even able to source a NOS left side brake lever to convert it to right side shift. Can't wait til spring!
amazing
what a shame … just want to cry, watching such a sad thing

Well! Get your money out! Stop the talking….. And let's see the color of your money!
Cool!
wow! wouldn't even take $20? just wow.
I seen tween Honda CRElsinor with red on red….always wanted one, still do just to have. I had the 250 with the narrow aluminum red on silver tank & bars as wide as a 747 Airliner…luved it.
Thoughs Honda 70s were cool I was going there though I would probably buy all of the 70 models that he has and all the Honda 70 parts that he has for the same year because I would need a lot of parts in case my never broke down I get one running out of them and have spare parts left over for years for the bike Restore for years
Oh man! I would never be able to leave that place!
Lemme get one of those RM's man! Lemme come clean up the yard too and make some covers for these bikes.
i get the urge to restore while i watch this!
