What a great story from a Land Speed legend. Thanks Lou – Keep them coming.
Hello,
Liked your youtube about Marty. Just wanted to know where you got some of the photos I took, to use in the presentation.

Glad you liked Mart's story. Stills are taken by me or sent to me by the riders or Scooter Grubb who covers the event to help illustrate the story.

WOW…..What a brilliant and very interesting video about Marty. My Mum owned 2 different Ariel Square Fours in the 1950s. We live in Essex, England and are lucky enough to now own a 1950 Vincent Black Lightning. I have lots of videos of it on here if anyone is interested. Thanks!
Marty gave a talk about Burt and Rollie for us in Australia in 2007. Lovely guy with no pretensions. Vincent through and through. Right up there with the likes of Russell Wright, Bob Burns, Rollie Free, Steve Hamel, Terry Prince, Brian Chapman, Mal Hewett and others. Anyone with enough money can own one but only a certain few can set serious records with one!!!!
Mary is an inspiration & a hell of a nice guy. I have met him on a number of occasions at Bonneville & in '07 in Australia.
That was awesome. That guy is incredible.
