This boss is a pain in the ass but i kicked his ass with super demon form
From what i read in the comments on all the boss battle themes in this playlist apparently they are ALL a pain in the ass to some people. JUST GET BETTER SON 8D
I actually had fun fightin' this guy especially with such a kick ass tune.
Devil may cry is a hard game overall, nothing to be ashamed of.
While I think the gameplay is bad in dmc 2 the atmosphere and music were great. In fact the concept of the enemys and the bosses were the greatest in this game, it was just poorly executed.
My fav boss is Bolverk, Phantom and Despair Embodied

DMC2 is really envisioned but is easy only
i guess the prob is difficulty and short story but overall it is a great game
DMC2 its a good game. I just think it needs a remake, to improve and fix story, gameplay, a few demons that sucked, Dante's personality. Just this. The soundtrack, the scenarios, most of the design.. are fucking great.
dante personality was fine it just need a revamp of the story and graphics
I mean at least explain how did he get this personality.
Since DMC2 is a time after DMC4, and they didnt explain yet what happened to Dante became a serious cold guy.

I know many would say this game sucked. But I think it was pretty decent–the guns actually do more than just juggle your enemies, and the majority of the game didn't take place in a demonic tower or in a mansion; you moved into the city, raised hell in ruins, and you could customize your devil trigger.
This boss battle theme is one of my many favorite in video games

I actually enjoy this fight a lot, may be one of the reasons DMC2 is my fav of all.

Meh.. I remember fighting this guy.. I ended up saying to hell with it on the second play through and took him out in all the times he appeared to fight.
I find it funny that a fucking chopper was harder than some of the other bosses.
The difficulty and ranking system is a joke of this game. But I still love this battle!

I don't understand why people hate DMC2. Yes, it's different from good old DMC1 (the best).
But i also enjoy this DMC2 Dante, seen as an already trained and expert demon hunter.
DMC2 it's like the story of a special agent sent to free the land from the bad guy of the game and his minions. And i enjoy the game…let's face it, levels like this one where you had to climb a skyscraper – destroy infested tanks and a infested chopper… levels like this one are even better than many levels of DMC1 which is in my opinion the best DMC game.
