Very nice bike, I restored a 1936 500cc Calthorp a while back to a high standard like yours, from a pile of bits. it had a burman gear box that was fitted to and driving a laithe, my valve springs where inclosed, otherwise the bike looked like yours, mine was in black also. reg DHX354 uk
