2018 Indian Scout Bobber! | Indian Demo Day
Taking a ride on the 2018 Indian Scout Bobber left me.. in a situation. Comparing this to the Triumph Bonneville Bobber, I don’t know which one I like more!

Nice.
Scout Bobber or the Fat Bob?
Brandon you did it! I told you… it's a sweet ride! The torque in the scout engine is fun to flick around. I was watching this video with my family and we were pleasantly surprised when you mentioned me haha 👊🏾. Btw you were right, the Scout is the most impressive bike by Indian.
Hey, so, which one would you go for – Triumph Bobber or Scout Bobber?
Great video Brandon…I've been looking at the Triumph Bobber ever since it came out, but I haven't ridden one yet (I will very soon though). these Scout Bobber's don't look as elegant imo, but they are still cool. I agree with your 'muscle bike look' assessment, and after this video the Indian is on my radar as well. can't wait to try it out too!
In looks the Trumpy is distinguished and dressy while the Scout is just badass and dirty… Thanks for the vid. Not many if any discussing the differences between the two
I am sorry guys, the bike looks ugly to me. It looks like the bike was the child of the knight rod and the 883 sportser, but it has the zika virus.
Thank you Brandon! i'm days away from my Indian Scout Bobber… do you recommend the ABS brakes? for new riders or?
Great video! best I've seen..
Great reviews Brandon looking forward to picking up my Scout Bobber in a few weeks. Keep up the good work
Miles Per Gallon?
these Demo days avoid corners. They really want to avoid scrapes t be seen and heard. They lowered the bike an inch, silly. Great bike, but I wish they would place a decent lean angle
now you may have to try the Fat Bob also; and the speedmaster. Never easy. finally decide on more power vs less and mid controls vs forward.
The Indian Bobber has more options for performance with Lloydz.. I was pleasantly surprised when I tested it. One thing I hated was how easy it was to scrape. I understand there is a new set of pegs in the works to to increase lean angle without scraping too early.
Glad to see you are narrowing it down. This look on the scout is so improved. The regular scout seems to factory for my taste. This gives it more of an American vibe. Still I voted that you buy the Ducati. Especially since you called it the dream. You need to acomplish your dreams!
The engines are butt ugly and look unfinished.
The info I got was from a demo I was at. They where asking for feedback. When I asked about the pegs scraping so easily I was told it was on the list . They would have to change the shifter rods and foot brakes also. Looking at the bike it looked kinda tight to do this. I was kinda partial to the triumph sitting position. And the sound was better. By the way the Indian 100 hp is at the crank it’s really about 84-86 hp at the wheel. The finish on the Indian compared to the Triumph is not that good when you look at the details. In a race they would be very close .
It will probably be an option or kit. My guess is about a 500.00 option. I would not be surprised if the after market beats them to the punch.
