2015 StreetGlide exhaust temperatures -NO CAT – Part 2

Catalytic converter removed. Head pipe temperature comparison (see Part 1 video for temps with cat). This modification was done to reduce the temperatures of the “passenger foot roast”…… not for performance. The heat reduction is slightly noticed at idle after an 8-mile ride, but is really noticed when actually riding and flowing hot exhaust down the pipe……. as cats can be near-1200 degrees (in general) when under heavy load.
