To my knolege it should be a 57…? 62 up they had points and an alternator charging system…No more magneto?

Inclined to agree that it's not a '67. This has an alternator primary chaincase and a magneto, also the wheels and front forks are AMC, the later Ajay/Match had Norton stuff. I'm thinking it might be a '62, but all that bs is purely academic, this is a beautiful bike and lovely restoration.
I was a Ducati thumper freak back in the day, but you could park that Matchless in my garage any time. Thank you also for showing how starting a thumper didn't have to be a huge, scary endeavor.
