wicked that is right there!!! big fan of ridin in shorts myself here in north central texas, . mocassins work just fine, but had to resort to square knots, due to regular bowtie loops, a hookin over the shifter and brake pedal. makes for a hell of a hilarious time, a undoin it before you stop. but what do i know… i ride a fully restored 68 trophy sports. glad you fellers produce them most esoteric of all the world's bikes. reckon drinkin all that warm beer and every 3 hr. a day sun up tea, on that small island with the queen a lookin over your shoulders might had a little to do with it… reckon? happy new year y'all. like to believe i got spawnin ties with that 1517-1583 bernard gilpin apostle of the north native of westmoreland. and that 1724-1804 william gilpin vicar of boldre, in the new forest. reckon the resurrection will tell the tale, if so. william gilpin 12-31-15
What a corker. 32 is the commonly quoted production figure, though more recent research through factory shipping records suggest there may have been as many as 37. Love the bike. Love Richard Thompson's homage in song.
Only 32? I wonder what he pid for something like that. Did you notice how out of round the back tire was when it was on the starting rollers? I can't figure out how the front suspension works. It looks rigid, but I see some kind of shocks on it.
"If there's oil under it, there's oil in it." or so the saying went in the days of British bikes. Good to hear the Vincent fire up and about Doris' 3 hip replacements.
Ha ha !! never a black lightning ! with decompresor and kickstart ? no way. also the carburations sucks !! licking oil like a harley , gimme a breake !! shameless….probably even not a black shadow….(lightning with speedo meter ? u never ever seeing one for real . anyway regards from dreams also live the old kids–Albert Irving.
the awesomeness of the subject of this video is not measureable by today's standards and practices. we can only hope future generations will have the technology to measure it.
Absolutely! You could ride this up a parking, park it next to a group of 20 rough looking bikers on Harleys. They wouldn't feel 'bad ass' for months. 😀
Have always wanted 1 & will never afford 1.Just Beautiful! Thanks for sharing her.120 MPH stock standard or pushed back into the factory I,m told. Not bad for 60 years ago.
Wonderful bike, just needs adjusting of the carburetors …
Sweet bike.
Lovely, it looks like No1 cylinder, (the rear) is running weak by the colour of the pipe.

One of the few machines that could dig a 4" trench on my mother's front lawn!!!
このなんとも言えない美しいバイク
Nice bike but the highlight of the video for me was your dog! He looks exactly like my dear departed Shepherd Geri. Thank you for posting. :)
running rough and dumping oil, have you got it sorted yet?
one of the greatest Bikes made, you are privileged to be custodian for future generations to admire, Norton looks nice too!

Once he sat on it and the rear-set position was established one could see this bike was built to race. Stunning machine!

It was a boiling hot summer day and we were only riding around inside a private yard. No need to put on proper biker clothing just for that purpose.
my god that bike is priceless
